Site and Location

The business is a large independent converter of board into corrugated boxes and fitments. It occupies an approximate 80,000sq.ft modern site at Aldershot, Hampshire. The location allows it to cover Greater London, the Home Counties, Southern Midlands, M4 corridor (into South Wales) and South Coast from Kent to Dorset.

The business has approximately 100 staff spread across manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, sales and the various administration departments.

Equipment and Related Resources

The company has invested considerably over the past five years and has a modern portfolio of the latest technology machinery. This ranges from three automatic die-cutters to a large automatic casemaker and a three colour printer slotter rotary die-cutter. In addition to this equipment the company operates a full range of modern gluing, finishing and stitching equipment as well as ancillary machines which allow production of small runs of large or special sized boxes.

Design and Office Support

We have a CAD and associated sample making facility. Designs can be initiated and then refined and finalised through a process of initial sampling being followed by adjustments to reach the final specification. This allows the customer to be satisfied that the proposed solution fits the requirement.

Warehousing and Distribution

With a large fully-racked warehouse, of over 2000 pallet spaces, the company can offer a limited stocking and call-off facility. For example, if you have a number of specifications but one or two of which are more voluminous and faster moving, it may be helpful to you to save the space and have these delivered on a just-in-time and take-as-you-need basis. Our wholly-owned fleet of four articulated tractor-trailer units and six rigid lorries gives the company complete control of distribution and customer service and also allows almost daily delivery coverage into the relevant geographical area.
