Our new three colour printer slotter rotary die-cutter allows us to offer high quality flexo print capability. With vacuum transfer of the sheet between stations, chamber doctor blades to ensure and define metering of ink, and laser engraved analox roll, the quality and tolerances can meet the most exacting requirements. This new machine can operate to the following tolerances:

Boxes with Pre-applied Tape Features
We can supply pre-applied (i.e. incorporated in the manufacture of the board on the corrugator) tear, self-adhesive and reinforcing tapes. Tear and self-adhesive tape can also be combined on the same box. This allows an accurate and economic solution to self-adhesive or tear requirements. These can be supplied in large or small volumes. Delivery leadtimes are reduced by the fact that a separate conversion/application process is not needed.
Specialist Coating Properties for Board
Of the many offerings available these are a selection:
- Liquiguard – oil, grease and water resistant – very useful for packing fruit and
vegetables.
- Corrust – corrosion protective coating – this provides protection for metal
goods against corrosion in transit or long term storage.
- Nomar – non-abrasive coating – reduces the need for secondary packaging
and protects highly printed and varnished items from damage during transit.

The Company

The Position
To develop sales of the company's products to industrial and service customers across Southern England covering a territory stretching from the M4 to the South Coast, and centred on Hampshire.
Requirements
Commercial knowledge of the territory and prospective customer base; an engaging personality with a desire to succeed; and with an organised and disciplined manner. Knowledge and experience of the product and of the relevant geographical area would be advantageous.
